Collaborators page

As a user, I want a new page on the site where I can see all the collaborators that make this project a reality.

@GianCastle regarding this issue, to be able to export the collaborators using GitHub API (v3 or v4) the client requires to have push access to the repository.

I tried with both versions and both returns the same message,
"Must have push access to view repository collaborators."
