Description
<rhx-ask-red-hat> Currently uses an tag to direct users to a specific page. We would like to have the option to render the component as a button, that will be used to toggle a modal.
Suggested solution
If the component could be extended to also render as a button, to allow us to attach a modal toggle to it.
