it says their is something wrong with my wifi because it says it tried to download to many times it has been like that for almost 2 weeks is the cor sys down again or is it another problem

Also experiencing the same issue. Happening on multiple browsers/devices. Makes no difference whether on WiFi or Mobile Data

i found the problem it won't download gifs , imgur or video just pictures

The CORS proxy is rate limiting you. We will have to find a different proxy which doesn't throttle so heavily
