UI Issue: "Description" in "Create New Node" is fixed size

Redot v4.4.stable - macOS Unknown (26.2.0) - Multi-window, 1 monitor - Metal (Forward+) - integrated Apple M1 Max (Apple7) - Apple M1 Max (10 threads)

Issue description

It's not a bug, but is is an issue: When viewing the "Create New Node" window, the "Description" window cannot be resized. Instead it's a fixed size and the user is force to scroll through a small window to read all the text. Meanwhile the left hand menu containing "Favorites" and "Recents" can be resized.

Steps to reproduce

• Select "Add Child Node"
• Mouse over the space between the "Matches" and "Description" windows
• Notice the mouse never changes to a "resize" cursor

This isn't an issue with the engine itself. Just an issue with the UI
