Issue description

The following message appears repeatedly in the console (four times just when opening a project!) when opening a project in Redot LTS 26.1-rc.1:

WARNING: core/config/project_settings.cpp:407 - Property not found: 'application/config/disable_project_settings_override'.

The message repeats ad nauseum when fiddling with the project settings. Adding the property that it's looking for to the project makes the messages stop.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a new project in Redot LTS 26.1-rc.1. If your system behaves the way mine does, the message should already have appeared in the console four times.
2. Mess around with some of the project settings. This will cause the message to repeat, especially when entering text.
