Mod loader won't load with any mods on, Redirector fatal error

I am attempting to run Sonic Heroes with mods on Reloaded. But every time I attempt to do so now, It brings up a fatal error on the console, which stacks with another fatal error after that, after which the game fails to load.

Only after I disable all mods does the game load up now, but it will not load otherwise with any mod active, even the file monitor mod.

I have attempted reinstalling the mod, the mod manager and the game, but nothing has caused a change in behaviour here.

I understand that someone else appears to have had a similar issue to this. I'm positive that whatever issues they had do not apply to my circumstance. I do have the current Widescreen mod on, not that it seemingly matters since the game won't load with any mods on anyways, nor is any file related to the game or the mod loader turning up as a false positive on my antivirus.

Are you on BitDefender by chance? Try adding the game's exe file to exclusions.

As a matter of fact, I do. I set the game exe file to exclusion, but that has not made any difference in behaviour. The mod loader set a fatal error in exactly the same way as before. I even tried adding the game folder and the mod loader's folder to exceptions, but that didn't help either.
