skip already downloaded video.. feature #5
Description
When you can, please add a feature to the script that skips videos already downloaded. Sometimes, the script stops before finishing all downloads, and having it skip videos it already downloaded would save time, bandwidth, and API requests. Your help with this is much appreciated.
