changes needed to reproschema (-py) based on habcd forms

based on the discussion from #92, relatively easy changes to improve the mapping to repronim:

• create enums for valueType/inpuType and add all the types are present in the redcap forms (perhaps add warnings or issue to reproschema-ui that some are not supported)
• think how to treat min/maxValue and how to update the schema
• adding matrix_info to reproschema (UI)
