Better Memory Bookmarks with Code Notes integration.

Currently when you don't explicitly set a Description for a bookmark, it defaults to the Code Notes value.

Instead of using the entire text from the code note, I suggest the Description should default to the first line of the Code Note. Is the most significant information and it will make the bookmarks way easier to parse visually.

As a bonus when hovering the Address field or Description field, the entire Code Note for that address should be visible in a tooltip, just like in the Achievements Editor.
