Recommend removing the "Delete All" button from the Asset List. While it's unlikely to be inadvertently activated, it seems like much more of a risk than a benefit since it's easy to just highlight multiple rows with Shift + click and use the Delete button to achieve the same effect, but with a much smaller margin for error.
A junior developer did this and erased a significant amount of work a few months ago and I just nearly did it myself. There may be more instances of this.
While I agree that it's unlikely that a user would want to delete all of their local achievements, there is already a confirmation dialog when pressing the button.
To actually delete all of the achievements, the user has to accidentally hit two buttons at different locations on the screen: the Delete All button and the Yes button.
This is the same dialog that appears when deleting single or multi-selected achievements.
