Support for HID Prox 37-bit proprietary format (Intelektron)

LF card: HID Prox 37-bit (Intelectron custom format)

Description:
The device can read the card and shows UID / FC / ID, but emulation fails.

Observed behavior:

• Sometimes reader detects card (green LED) but access is denied
• Other times reader does not decode anything (no ID shown)
