sqs flag shop scenario not being created

I am having trouble creating the sqs flag shop lab, after a create it, when it reaches the flag shop server instance, it shows me an error, you can find the details in the screenshot below.

Looks like the connection to the EC2 instance is timing out.
Is the IP address configured in cloudgoat the same as your public IP?
