Combined SMS, Email, Print communications

We need a way to package multiple types of communication together and a way to 'send' the entire communication package.

• Create a CommunicationPackage to contain various types that are required to be processed
• Add Interface for Sendable Types i.e. (Email Sendable, SMS Sendable)
• Static function to create a Communication from a CommunicationPackage class. Please see Communication::fromEmail for guidance
• Improving CommunicationProcessor to handle various types of Sendable Types
