It's common for emu users to go a long time without updating, if nothing makes them aware of an update being available.
I want to get fixes and improvements into users hands so I'll try to add an auto updater. It should notify user of the update, show the release notes, and allow user to take the update (relaunch automatically), skip (don't ask again for this update etc), or permanently opt out (never notify about updates).
