Display "What's new?" when an update is performed

Show update notes when the application is started for the first time after an update. This will help the users understand the new features.

We could store that information in ripme.json, just add 2 fields for the list of new features and another to check if the data had been displayed before or not

Update messages can be a bit short and don't usually explain new features in depth (Or sometimes even at all)
