Can the code accommodate other than BEATS_PER_MEASURE=16? I think it can.
Could it deduce this from the rhythm data file?
Could we make this different for different setups within one data file?
(Obviously any given setup should/must have the same number of beats for all MAIN and FILL patterns.)
