Pipeline model depends on `nmpc_examples`

nmpc_examples has been superseded by Pyomo MPC. Before we make this repo public (i.e. submit a paper), we should update this model to use the "new version" of the data structures. (Hopefully this is as easy as updating an import, I don't think TimeSeriesData changed much between these versions.)
