Reintegrate forks or pass on release account

Hi!

I just checked out this project, and it seems to be so badly maintained that several forks are way ahead of this one. It's impossible to choose which one is the best one to use. For the sake of your project, please start integrating all the forks into this one, or contact one fork owner and make them the main fork, including release rights.

Check out https://github.com/hkmoon/DockFX for example - 100 commits ahead!

Another much easier solution, is to create an organisation for DockFX, invite the forking people into the maintenance team, et voila!

I also used https://github.com/hkmoon/DockFX, it's probably the best of the forks. I checked out a few of the others and they are a bit too funky.

I've added my own fork which captures some important events I needed, but in a really simply sucky way.

Would be great if someone took a lead on this project and amalgamated all the good bits from all the forks.

Please see my comments on #38 (comment) as I am attempting to address these issues now and do need assistance in getting Azure Pipelines building.
