Add reminder email for upcoming Stripe capture deadline

For payments that are authorized but not yet captured, it would be helpful to send an automated reminder email one day before the capture window expires. This would help merchants avoid missing the deadline and losing access to the funds.

Please consider implementing a scheduled check for pending captures and send a notification email to the merchant when a capture deadline is approaching within 24 hours.
