"run X goal on all targets" on changed?

Any way to do the goals on --changed-since=master and or transitive? :)

That was one of my first thoughts, how to use that in the palette without hardcoding, or just exploding the commands.

I figured just getting anything into the palette is a good start :)

How's about --changed-since=xyz being a part of the plugin configuration? So, you can automatically inject some scoped options into each Pants call? Or, certain pants calls - more precisely.

So maybe "test args", "package args", "fix args", etc
