Improve drag and drop accessibility #280

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As outlined in the readme, the current react-sortable-tree solution is not fully accessible because it does not support keyboard-only or touch screen interactions, only a mouse. At the time we built it, we could not find an alternative to react-sortable-tree that supported dragging and dropping in a multi-level tree. The options may have changed since then.
