Search in Errors page datatable results in error

Describe the bug

On the /errors page, when you type anything into the search bar for the datatable, a 500 error appears.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the /errors page
2. Start to type anything into the search bar for the datatable
3. See the error appear

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The console log reads: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()"

Looking at the request under the hood, I'm seeing this error:

This is coming from datatables, and results from error_message not being a field on the Package model.

Possible solutions:

• Add an error_message field on the Package model and populate it as needed.
• Tweak the datatables component so it ignores the error_message field
• Remove the search functionality and sort functionality on the error message entirely
