MNT: save ref_factor value when adding aero surfaces to a Rocket

This issue was born in the #558 PR, please read it first.

The ref_factor is important to correctly associate aero surfaces to rockets. We currently have a Component class, but they only have space for the surface and the position values, so we should somehow include the ref_factor value too.

Describe the solution you'd like

I honestly do not have the best solution at the tip of head right now, so feel free to analyze and propose a new solution.
