Evaluation Terms

1. Scope

This repository and any hosted demo are provided for evaluation and testing only.

2. No Production or Regulatory Reliance

  • Not a regulated surveillance product.
  • Not certified for MiFID II, MAR, SEC, or FINRA compliance.
  • Outputs are investigatory signals, not legal findings.

3. Data Restrictions

  • Do not upload live production client data, non-public personal data, or material non-public information (MNPI) to shared demo environments.
  • Use synthetic or sanitized datasets unless a separate written agreement exists.

4. Security and Access

  • Evaluators are responsible for safeguarding API keys and credentials they create.
  • Rotate credentials immediately after testing.

5. Availability

  • Demo services may be interrupted, rate-limited, or reset at any time.
  • No uptime SLA is provided for free-tier hosting.

6. Liability

Use is at your own risk. The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Feedback

By submitting feedback, you allow maintainers to use it to improve the project without compensation.

8. Optional DPA for Private Pilots

If you require processing of non-synthetic data, execute a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) before use.
