Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I always want to use (small, ergo using this library) charts as previews and live data, but sometimes want to "drill in" for more details or longer periods. [e.g. How do I get the best of both worlds, very up to date info, and seasonal info, without wasting screen real estate] [In my approach that's generally: figure out which this chart most often needs, and "link" to the other]

title actions and header actions exist, can we have a chart action?

None, and if there are easy ones or "wrapper" cards I can use to do it, that'd help for today! But see "Additional context"

Additional context

One caveat would be that we probably do not want to override actions which have other purposes. E.g. selecting series names in the chart shows/hides the series. But "clicking" on the chart values does nothing, so could be repurposed. Hovering has a purpose today.
