Successfully replaced the dead link http://www.cs.technion.ac.il/~freddy/papers/120.pdf with the permanent DOI link https://doi.org/10.1109/TSP.2006.881199 in both README.md and src/KSVD.jl.

The DOI link is more reliable as it provides a permanent identifier that redirects to the current location of the paper, even if the hosting location changes.

All tests pass successfully, and no security vulnerabilities were introduced.

Removed Manifest.toml from the PR and added it to .gitignore to prevent it from being committed in the future.
