Sounds causing the plugin to not work at all.

Describe The Bug:

After I updated from 1.21.1 to 1.21.3 on paper, the sounds seem to be causing the whole plugin to stop working when someone does /wild. I get the following message as well. https://mclo.gs/aYqCpm2 - When I turn off the sounds, everything works fine but I would like to have a sound occur after the teleport is done!
How To Reproduce:

Expected Behavior:

When doing /wild it should teleport me with a sound but it doesnt seem to do that.

I think sounds have been broken for a while. A way to mitigate this was added but only on startup. If the sound goes through anyways without a administrator fixing it, it does fail.
I believe I will add a try/catch when trying to play sounds as a fail safe.
