Coming from the recent deep research and perplexity craze, I think it might be good for Roo-Code to also handle webpage searching and caching for references... but I am not sure how that can be integrated open-webui/open-webui#9321 ItzCrazyKns/Perplexica#608

1. Download design/coding best practices for .clinerules
2. Keep track of much needed debugging instructions for certain tasks/libraries
3. Comparing the features and requirements of different software
