The idea would be that Roo would not send all of the MCP tools every single time a task and query is sent as that adds unnecessary context and burns tokens every time. Allow for users to setup MCP servers in the MCP menu, but at the task level, give users a chance to turn off/on MCP servers. This would allow more precision on how MCP servers get used and how often the list of MCP servers gets sent as part of the query.
Mock ups for example:

Ideally in this accordion view would be a quick button means of toggling all of the MCP servers off/on. Other users have asked to also be able to use "@" context for explicit turn on of MCP server like "please use @mcp-perplexity to ask for best practice research" which would automatically turn mcp-perplexity on, but just for that question (exact precision).
