Feature Request: Save Tokens

From my vague understanding. A lot of the prompt that carries the tools of cline, are massive and eat at peoples costs. What if it was modular and we were able to select which tools we want, reducing the overheard of the message being sent to the LLM. For example, what if we want to edit only one file. It still sends 50k tokens to do it. I am better off just doing it through the api without cline. I believe that this will help with consumption costs.

Agreed. I think that the user should have full control about what is sent as context. Maybe even a tool for task chaining that commits current code and resets the context so we could leave it running over night
