Feature Request: Include some built-in prompts that can be selected to assist with common tasks

Description:

I'd like to be able to select some premade prompts from a list of prompts for some common tasks.

The main prompt I would want to be able to select is a Meta Prompt.

I know we have modes, but I think modes might be a bit extreme for some things.

Reason:

Having at least a meta prompt ready to go, will help many users quickly get up to speed in generating useful prompts until they get more used to the process. Even then, there are times when a good meta prompt will help you really think through a problem and describe it better.
