GCP vertex cannot use proxy

What happened?

I'm using VS Code on Windows, and even with both system proxy and VS Code proxy enabled, Roo Code's GCP Vertex is still unable to connect to the server. Regular Python programs can connect normally. I need to adjust Roo Code's proxy settings to resolve this issue.

1.open vscode
2.open roo code
3.prompt "hello world"
