Option to support bundles

While still hidden behind an experimental feature flag, bundles have been in the vanilla game for a while and, similar to shulker boxes, have their own inventory. The Siphon, Refill, and Vacuum enchantments should also be applicable to bundles when a config option (e.g. enchantedBundles) is enabled (should be disabled by default). The strongerSiphon and weakerVacuum settings would behave just like the normal Siphon since bundles don't really have a concept of containing multiple stacks of the same item.
