Support "bundled" feature with "gfx", "image", "mixer" and "ttf" features

We'd like to use the bundled feature for piston-music, but won't be able to until we can have "mixer" bundled.

i spent a bit of time poking around at this. getting things to work on unix was fairly straightforward (telling ./configure to use the correct prefix was the only difficult leap), but getting anything going on windows is profoundly difficult. once the travis config is fully functional on windows, which #848 will hopefully do, then it'll be at least easier to tell when i'm done.

@boringcactus Do you need some help with this? I'm interested in having Sdl+Sdl_Mixer on an iOS app and is kinda pain to make the link manually. Have the mixed bundled and static linked would be awesome.

well, @Nazariglez, https://github.com/boringcactus/rust-sdl2/tree/bundled-mixer has all the progress i ever made, so see if it works for you, or at least fails in enlightening ways

I am running OS X Mojave w/Homebrew. I was having trouble running all of the demos. I found a fix that will help other users in the same situation.

I followed the README.md instructions and did brew install sdl2 and many of the demos worked properly, but the demos involving features gfx, mixer, image, and ttf did not work, even when I tried to use the bundled feature.

For example, when I ran the command cargo run --example cursor --features="bundled image" ./assets/cursor.png, the linker said it could not find the files. I got the error message ld: library not found for -lSDL2_image.

The problem is that the brew package sdl2 does not include the image, mixer, ttf, or gfx libraries. I solved the problem by installing the missing libraries.

brew install sdl2_gfx sdl2_mixer sdl2_image sdl2_ttf

It might be helpful for OS X users if line 62 on README.md is replaced with:

brew install sdl2 sdl2_image sdl2_gfx sdl2_ttf sdl2_mixer

@mrios22 this is more of a doc issue and has nothing to do with bundled. If you use brew, the bundled feature should not be necessary. Try cargo run --example cursor --features="image" ./assets/cursor.png and it should work now.

Hello @Cobrand , I'm sorry if I was unclear or confused. Perhaps I misinterpreted the error messages.

I tried doing cargo run --example cursor --features="image" and the code did not compile because cargo said that it could not find the SDL2_image library. The issue was solved after I did brew install sdl2_image.

After I installed sdl2_image, the code compiled and then told me to specify the path to an image. After I did cargo run --example cursor --features="image" ./assets/cursor.png it worked. I thought that including bundled as one of the features would cause cargo to download and install any missing libraries.
