Windows VisualStudio2019 preview bundled build

Hello.
I have vs2019 preview installed on my machine and bundled feature cannot compile due to incorrect msbuild path.

suggestion is to add to windows_registry.rs "VisualStudioPreview/16." path somewhere

I am very unfamiliar with windows, so you probably know more than me on that side. If you feel like your suggestion is the right path, feel free to experiment and drop a PR!
