vmi: support mixed-cases binaries on Windows #452
Description
Windows projects must use binaries with lower case names, otherwise the vmi plugin will not be able to find the host file.
Instead of s2e new_project MyBinary.exe, do s2e new_project mybinary.exe (rename MyBinary appropriately first).
