Bundler not found on device

Trying to run this project from a fresh start, but I can't seem to get the bundler to work.

Running the build with debug properly install everything, start fable splitter, but I can't get the bundler to do it's thing, the bundler window opens but it does not do what it should regularly do, it stays on :

Looking for JS files in
   C:\Users\x\Documents\nightwatch

Loading dependency graph, done.

I am running on Windows and just did a clean install and can run the default React-native project.

Any ideas ?
