Data recordings as forground service #228
Description
It might make sense to implement the data recording of long exercises as foreground service. This prevents the possibility of the user locking their screen on accident.
Current workaround is to keep the screen on during the exercises. This does not prevent the user from actevly turning the screen off, it just prevents the auto-lock timeout
