fails silent behind firewall

running migrate behind a firewall "fails" e.g. reports no changes without any indication why.

ui5-migration migrate --exclude-path test/ --logLevel trace

Switching on logLevel trace shows this

Expected behaviour is to fail with "Failed to load library"
