not able to attempt the exam

Issue description

Hello, my SAP AI Launchpad assessment tenant loads successfully, but the workspace shows “Resource Groups (0)”. Because of this, Prompt Management and related Generative AI Hub features are disabled/unavailable. I already refreshed, re-logged in, and reopened the practice system, but the issue persists. Please check tenant/resource group provisioning for my assessment environment.
