Status Update — Analysis of Remaining Components

I've analyzed all unchecked components against the current fundamental-styles markup and the current state of fundamental-ngx. Here's the breakdown:

These were completed as part of other PRs or require no code changes:

Form Header	No code changes needed	Only CSS-only changes in fundamental-styles (height 2.75rem → var(--sapElement_LineHeight), font-size var(--sapFontHeader4Size) → var(--sapGroup_Title_FontSize)). These take effect automatically when fundamental-styles is upgraded. No template or TypeScript changes required.
Field Set	No code changes needed	No breaking changes in fundamental-styles for fieldset. The ngx component correctly applies fd-fieldset and fd-fieldset__legend classes.
Form Grid	No code changes needed	No breaking changes in fundamental-styles for form-layout-grid. Layout is handled entirely by CSS classes (fd-form-layout-grid-container, fd-row, fd-col) which are already correct.
Icons	No code changes needed	fundamental-styles changed display: inline-block to inline-flex and added CSS variables (--fdIcon_Font_Size, --fdIcon_Color). These are CSS-only changes — the ngx fd-icon component is already aligned.
Message Toast	No code changes needed	fundamental-styles updated theming variables (--sapIndicationColor_9_Background, --sapContent_ContrastTextColor, --sapContent_Lite_Shadow) and recommends role="alert". The ngx component already has role="alert" and aria-live="polite" in its host bindings. CSS changes are automatic.
Title	No code changes needed	fundamental-styles added fd-title--two-line-clamp modifier. The ngx component already has twoLineClamp input with the correct class binding (done in #13698, b3c421c569, Jan 9 2026).

Still Need Work (4 components)

Calendar	Large	a11y overhaul from fundamental-styles PR #6088: (1) Remove role="button" from day cell text spans — interaction is now on the <td gridcell>. (2) Change <button> to <span> inside month and year picker cells. (3) Add aria-readonly, aria-multiselectable, aria-roledescription to grid tables. (4) Add role="group" and aria-roledescription="Calendar" to the calendar wrapper. (5) Add role="list" / role="listitem" semantics to calendar legend.
Avatar Group	Medium	(1) Add fd-avatar-group__popover-control CSS class to all <fd-popover-control> elements — needed for proper focus styling via fd-fake-fiori-focus. (2) Wrap overflow popover header text in <h1 class="fd-title fd-title--h5"> for semantic heading structure.
Checkbox	Small	Add is-readonly to the CSS class expression on the checkbox input element. Currently only is-display and is-disabled are applied — is-readonly is missing, so fundamental-styles readonly styling never activates.
Radio	Small	Add aria-description attribute for readonly radio buttons (e.g., "This radio button is read-only and cannot be changed.") to match fundamental-styles a11y improvements.
