I am not 100% certain that I fully understand your question, but looking at the stackblitz example you've provided, do you have in mind the this._cdr.detectChanges(); calls that you have in the this._dialogReference.afterClosed subscription your dialog-object-example.component.ts component? If that's the case, instead of using this._cdr.detectChanges();, you could turn the closeReason field into a signal and call it within the template like a function - closeReason(). That's how you would get the template updated immediately upon any changes:
