BUG - CSRF token validation failed

Hi,

using @sap-ux/deploy-tooling@0.17.18 brings up an error

No issue with @sap-ux/deploy-tooling@0.17.17

@T1mey I'm able to reproduce the issue using the following command;

./bin/deploy --url https:/<myhost>.ondemand.com --name ZTRA2208 --description 'Travel App' --client 100 --package 'Z_<USERID>'  --transport '' --verbose true --cloud true  archive-folder /Users/Documents/myhtml5app/dist

However, the following command is working, which creates a transport on the fly;

./bin/deploy --url https:/<myhost>.ondemand.com --name ZTRA2208 --description 'Travel App' --client 100 --package 'Z_<USERID>'  --create-transport --verbose true --cloud true  archive-folder /Users/Documents/myhtml5app/dist

I'll debug this issue and provide a solution shortly.

The issue was introduced here; #3939 and is caused by switching from Object.assign to a spread operator which is causing the config to be immutabe. There is a bigger fix to re-introduce the spread operator as it impacts the existing tests and HTTPS flow.
