[F6Navigation | Popover]: focus not contained within popover with f6 navigation

Bug Description

When using a popover in a page the focus will leave the popover when f6 is pressed. A11y team expects focus to remain trapped within popover.

Expected Behaviour

F6 Navigation should keep focus trapped within popover when F6 is pressed while popover is open and focused.

Could you please check this issue? We already have implemented it inside ui5-dialog and you can refer how in these lines: https://github.com/SAP/ui5-webcomponents/blob/main/packages/main/src/Dialog.ts#L349
