This issue is to document functionality and features added PUMI since the 2.2.0 release (064e132):

• field integrators and derivatives (ee16837, c241be8)
• build system support for optional Simmetrix libraries (6ca4571, cfef354, 980bd16)
• improved paraview rendering support for field data (efcb637, 9c332c6)
• general entity-type counting, expose the NoSharing type through the API for external usage (More general entity-type counting, expose the NoSharing type through the API for external usage #236)
