Observed Behavior:
Water flow continues past the specified water level limit.

Expected Behavior:
Water flow should stop automatically once the specified limit is reached.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the water control page.
2. Set a desired water level limit.
3. Start water flow.
4. Observe that water flow does not stop at the defined level.
