Fix Pyomo.GDP and GDPOpt deprecations

Changes have been introduced in later versions of Pyomo.GDP and GDPOpt that makes some of our code deprecated.

• One needs to set a True/False value to Boolean/indicator variables (0 and 1 are deprecated)
• Option for GDPOpt is no longer strategy but algorithm

Feel free to add any other and fix them
