Update end-of-life date and notification treshold - again

LimeSurvey 6 will be discontinued in 14 days, but of course there's no stable version of LimeSurvey 7 yet - only an initial beta version. The support period hasn't been extended either. I have no idea what's going on there, but it certainly doesn't seem professional.

Notify us again when LimeSurvey 6 officially reaches its end-of-life. I'm pretty sure that by then neither a stable version of LimeSurvey 7 will be available nor will the support period be extended, but what can we do...
