Dedupe and merge `modal`, `navbar` and `tab` interface components

A lot of the UI components defined for each machine are duplicated or easily generalised into one common component. This includes:

* Modals
* Navigation bars
* Tab sections
* Possibly, code and register components.

Work here is to move common functionality and abstractions together, and refactor for improving composability when required.
