Final improvement

This is a list of features to be added before final review:

• change the time for machine race, so that we can show the team function of it
• add the link of the site of gomoku to 'enrollment'
• fix 'deadline' and 'files' for scholarships
• delete 'elected' progress bar in 'Scholarship' and 'Scholarship Details' pages
• add 'add' button to 'all scholarships' or fix 'create scholarships' to help create scholarships
• add 'undergraduate/graduate' features to all scholarships, so that we can separately view them
• add 'sign up' button in 'Scholarship Detail page' for students to sign up for that scholarship
• after signing up, students could view signed scholarships in 'My scholarship' page
